Keeping Records

It is worth keeping records of the things you do in planning, developing and testing your models, as you will probably need to refer to them again. Keep them together in one place, for example in a box file.

These are the sorts of records you can keep.

  • Sketches of your models.

  • Photographs of different stages as you make your models.

  • Results of load tests on models. They will be useful for comparing the strengths of different types of model, if you make more than one.

  • Results of any other tests you decide to do.

  • Photographs of tests.

  • Any information you collect from other sources to help you with the IDEERS project.
