Apartment Block, Golcuk

This was an apartment block near Golcuk. It was constructed from a structural frame of reinforced concrete with infill walls between the columns made from hollow clay tiles. This building looked as though the bottom two or three storeys had collapsed. Many buildings of this type suffered in the same way during this earthquake.
